LUDLOW ENERGY FUND, LP

Managed Hedge Fund:

The Ludlow Energy Fund, LP is looking to develop a managed hedge fund, with a specific focus on providing hedged investments within the renewable and alternative energy sector for high net worth accredited and institutional investors.

LUDLOW ENERGY VENTURES

Acquisitions:
Ludlow Energy Ventures is the venture capital arm of Ludlow Energy, and will seek out alternative energy companies, with strong fundamentals, and US GAAP audits, to bring public in the US. The fund will provide the capital for a company to go public, and spin off the public float as a dividend for our fund holders. This will allow our fund holders to retain ownership in our fund, and obtain new and exclusive renewable energy issues as we take them public.

Private Placements:
The Ludlow Energy Fund will seek out ‘private placement’ investment opportunities with existing public alternative energy companies through the purchase of shares and warrants in underlying energy stocks.

LUDLOW ENERGY RESEARCH

Ludlow Energy Research, consists of the Ludlow Energy Index, which is a basket of some of the top US traded alternative energy companies. The Index provides institutional and individual investors a gauge for tracking the day-to-day performance of alternative energy stocks traded here in the US. The index is designed for investors who have a long-term bullish outlook on renewable energy market. The Ludlow Energy Fund will work to begin listing the Ludlow Energy Index on the AMEX exchange.
