CTC is a global
provider of electric utility solutions featuring its breakthrough
composite technologies. CTC’s transmission and distribution cable
products address a $50 billion annual global market that is
projected to exceed $80 billion within 10 years. CTC’s premiere
product is a composite-reinforced conductor known as ACCC (Aluminum
Conductor Composite Core) cable. ACCC cable has the potential to
revolutionize electrical grids by offering twice the power of
traditional aluminum cables, 25% stronger materials and dramatically
improved reliability – all at installed cost savings. Additional CTC
products being introduced include electric line support structures
such as composite utility poles and transmission towers, as well as
composite wind turbine support structures.

RESEARCH
OPINION
Mark Blackwell
Research Analyst with Ludlow Energy Ventures
commented, "On June
2, 2008, Composite Technology Corp. ("CTC") announced a
10 year Commercial Manufacturing Agreement with TECO-Westinghouse
Motor Company for turn-key manufacturing of DeWind turbines, a subsidiary
of CTC. This agreement should now clear the way for DeWind to proceed
with extended turbine supply contracts, and position the company well
in the growing US wind energy market. TECO-Westinghouse manufacturing
facility in Round Rock, Texas currently has a capacity of 400 turbines
per year, and can be expanded as needed to meet market demand."
