(NEW YORK)-- New York based Ludlow Energy Ventures, Inc initiates research coverage on Composite Technology Corp. (OTC: CPTC), which develops, manufactures and sells innovative high performance electrical transmission and renewable energy generation products, with a B+ rating.

RESEARCH OPINION

Mark Blackwell Research Analyst with Ludlow Energy Ventures commented, "On June 2, 2008, Composite Technology Corp. ("CTC") announced a 10 year Commercial Manufacturing Agreement with TECO-Westinghouse Motor Company for turn-key manufacturing of DeWind turbines, a subsidiary of CTC. This agreement should now clear the way for DeWind to proceed with extended turbine supply contracts, and position the company well in the growing US wind energy market. TECO-Westinghouse manufacturing facility in Round Rock, Texas currently has a capacity of 400 turbines per year, and can be expanded as needed to meet market demand."
